Good Morning Everyone! This is it! Day #8 of the 2024 National Retriever Championship! This morning we will be running the 10th Series and finding out who will be our new National Retriever Champion!
Test Dogs will be running around 8:30 am (CST) and after that, we will be ready to begin with our first running dog #72 at around 9:00 am.
The weather this morning is right around 63 degrees, with cloudy overcast skies. We may catch a little sun today as the day progresses, but it looks like a high around 80 degrees this afternoon with mostly cloudy skies.
For the 10th Series we have 18 dog teams called back today. These teams have risen to the top in this National, and showed off some amazing dog work this week! Our Judges have expertly set up some impressive tests this year, and we are excited to see what they have in store for today!
In just a few short hours we will find out who the National Retriever Champion of 2024! Very exciting! On behalf of the Retriever News Team, we sincerely wish the best of luck to all the teams running today. You have all done a wonderful job thus far and can be proud to be here today! But of course, there can only be one winner ... stay tuned to find out which one of these dogs takes home the win!
